So can any of these do 6120s (3 and T-mobile) yet? Local phone booth reckons he can do it as do a couple of guys on eBay. But would like to know for sure...

i would hold off for a while as the 2 boxes i posted cant unlock them

still no, i will let you know when they can be, we have all the bb5 box's available.

6300 have been unlockable for about 4 months now.
