Can any one help me at all? If it's not possible I'm going to send this phone back as I need it unlocked and I've only got a few days left of my cooling off period.

This is the problem with making one big thread, very confusing, I made a sepearte one for this reason...

the 6110 is a BB5 type phone, can be unlocked by a paid for code from vodafone, or if you are lucky for about £30 ish from a shop that has the new unlock kit

there is no free way to unlock it

I have just purchased a Nokia 6120 classic from ebay, locked to "3". I have tried to unlock it using the code generated from https://www.trycktill.com, but get the message "Not allowed".

Does this mean that:

1. The code is wrong
2. The maximum number of unlock code attempts have been used
or
3. Something else?

I would really like to be able to unlock this to use on other networks.

You cant unlock the phone from 3 as the free codes generated are for all other networks.

Oh. That is interesting. 3 is on the list of networks on the drop down, so I assumed that it would generate codes for it.
