Just a quick update from me. I didn’t get the job I interviewed for last week but I have been offered another. There are lots of reasons why I want this job, not just more money (I like the sound of the business unit, the work, I already know and love the boss, career progression, line of reporting etc) but this is a money saving site, so will post about the salary here. She asked what it would take for me to join her, and I put what I thought was quite a cheeky request, but she said ok! So it will be around £7k raise. This is going to really help with the new cost of living and finally make a dent in this consolidation part of the mortgage.Have a good Friday everyone

Fantastic news!
We have a catit stainless steel fountain, but I don't think it's available anymore, but catit as a brand have a few. We have had it from the day we got them which means they use it all the time, I know others have struggled to get older cats to start using them.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉3 -

Oh and well done on the new role and raise! I remember moving home from London and asking for double that raise and it felt like I was wishing the job away! But to my surprise they agreed. In my case it was the worst job of my life but necessary in my progressionFollow here for the daily life of an ADHD mum with 2 children and a new mortgage to pay
