Parking fine taken to county court
Comments

Have I missed something !
If they have the wrong registration number, how did they get your address.0 -
I appealed it to the court saying this ticket is invalid as it don't have the right registration of my vehicle therefore I didn't pay also I as Westminster Council parking attendant even they confirmed if a PCN is incorrect by even one character it invalidates the actual PCN
Are you joking?
I told you how to research for a proper Gladstones defence. And you wrote THAT? On the claim form as your entire weak defence?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have a MCOL and appealed it defending but I don't really want to go court want sort this matter out asap if I don't have leg to stand on then I might as well pay the actual fine0

They probably took pictures of the vehicle that's how they probably managed to find the address0

Gladstone asked me to offer any genuine proposals if the client is happy they'll be happy to accept it, shall I offer them to pay the actual penalty price and see if they accept it? Any suggestions0

who's car park was this? it's not too late to get a landowner cancellation.
Why haven't you answered the above question posted earlier?
Why haven't you engaged with the landowner?
Why did you get a ticket in the first place?
Why are you talking about fines and penalties? From the Plain Language Commission:

As C-M says if you defended it with the paragraph you wrote above you defended very weakly. You also never seem to answer our questions so I am afraid we are not really able to help you. There is no one size fits all silver bullet defence, it needs to be made appropriate for your situation which you haven't told us about ... so I can't help I am afraid.I have a MCOL and appealed it defending but I don't really want to go court want sort this matter out asap if I don't have leg to stand on then I might as well pay the actual fine0
