Be grateful that Gladstones are incompetent solicitors

Run by Mr Bean and Mr Bean, they are clueless in court which the courts see as timewasting and in the end actually cost the PPC money and in particular CEL.

No doubt the courts have put a red marker on Gladstones

It could cost you nothing if you went to court, but it is not painting by numbers, there are a lot of difficult concepts to grasp.

People on here will help you, but you will have to put in a lot of hours yourself.

You would likely pay LESS than is being demanded, if you lose at a hearing.

Please stop reading wrong stuff online. No doubt it is OLD or posted by people who don't know the current position - Gladstones issue LOADS of claims, but they are defendable.

As advised - read the NEWBIES thread 'Small Claim?' section. We know what we are doing and loads of Gladstones defences are easy to find on this forum in minutes.

Just search the forum board for 'Gladstones defence' and read some!

What were the circumstances of the PCN (what contravention) and what location, a Hospital or where?

The fact I am asking the above question does NOT mean you don't have to also do the research and reading already suggested. If you want to win you need to spend time and effort on the forum - not on a phone - you can't possibly research here and write a defence if accessing the forum on a small device, which I am not sure you are but your replies are very short.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why haven't you listened to any of the other suggestions on the thread? Why should people help you if you're not prepared to help yourself?

Have you really received Small Claims Court papers and if you have what have you done about it in the last 8 weeks?

I appealed it to the court saying this ticket is invalid as it don't have the right registration of my vehicle therefore I didn't pay also I as Westminster Council parking attendant even they confirmed if a PCN is incorrect by even one character it invalidates the actual PCN

    Have you received a MCOL?
Do you have a court date?
Have you submitted a defence and is the above your defence?
