Start by reading the NEWBIES thread, then read other threads about county court action, and you will get a decent grasp of what you will need to do.

You will get some help on here, but you need to do a lot of the legwork yourself as no-one will have time to hold your hand through this.
There is already a lot of information on this forum.

Have you had a claim form from Northampton? If so, when?
You will need to acknowlege the claim within 14 days, but leave the defence blank for now.

But spend some time doing some reading first!

Why did you let it get to court stage? You would have EASILY beaten Gemini at POPLA stage, with templates copied from here.

Oh well, now it is harder but Gladstones cases are beatable. Read the section in the NEWBIES thread headed 'Small Claim?' and tell us when you have done the AOS on MCOL using the password in the claim form (front page bottom right).

Show us then, your defence (and no, you don't write it in your own words from scratch). There are literally dozens of Gladstones Defences to crib from here!

Whoever said they can't take you to court is wrong. Stop looking at rubbish and read the NEWBIES thread about court.
