    The OP posts asking for help, obviously does not understand the situation themselves and refuses to answer some simple questions that would allow anyone to help, so how will talking to someone more senior at the co-op help until the facts are established.

    The co-op are not known for being helpful, just the opposite in fact. The OP needs to take responsibility for their own actions first, before deciding what to do next to move forward.

    There are many people in properties that have electric boiler central heating systems who simply cannot afford to use them because they have been specified by idiots who will never have to pay the astronomic running cost!
