    My 5200 arrived this morning along with one of those £3 male grooming vouchers (more free stuff ;) ) - I am very pleased. I dont think that I have ever had such speedy service from Boots.com - am still waiting for another order which I placed Sunday!

    Mine didn't come today even though paid for next day delivery.
    Contacted CS and was given same old blurb.
    I questioned there online ordering system should be able to cope with it as Boots such a large company!!
    Anyone have a screen shot as might be worth sending a moan to the ASA

    I took screen shots of the process. I tried to order on Wednesday night. I think it would be worth telling Boots that we are thinking of doing so and see what they say. I have also complained to head office in Nottingham and on Boots.com. Funning that all traces had been removed from the website by today!!!!!

    My order status yesterday morning showed that it was at the warehouse for processing, so i called them up and asked what the status was, they advised that there was a website error where it was showing in stock but they didnt have them. She advised the order has been cancelled.

    Then lo and behold, i receive a dispatch email last night with a royal mail tracking number on, royal mail website shows they have my parcel and it will be delivered today!

    My debit card has not been charged yet.

    Is this looking good or not?

    Same story with me, just got the dispatch note even though CS said cancelled.
    I did order a couple (one for the wife as well at that price ) but only enough stock for 1 but looking at the dispatch email they left the full 10% the original order, so £20 off and given me a £5 code off my next purchase because of the hassle.
    So with the points as well this has worked out at less than £70. Result, cheers Boots.
