according to the paperwork you have posted (but not all of it) they have not declined your appeal

they have 35 days to send you a formal denial with the option of going to popla

the missing peice of paper is "please find enclosed "

Ages/years since I've heard about CUP Enforcement, they are such small fry. Looks like a sign is missing from the wall, you can see the sticky mess the idiots have left on the building.

But where is the rejection letter and does it not mention POPLA at the end?

I can confirm that we are able to accept £60.00 to close the charge.
