So the driver in a private lot of land after Midnight, however there was literally no signs anywhere stating timings or anything of the sort.
Used the sticky thread and got a reply stating the following :
" Please find attached the photographic evidence.Please be advised that the vehicle was parked without a valid permit on display."

The only image they sent was of the back of the vehicle with no pictures of the dashboard or anything, they don't have any proof that the driver didn't have a permit on the car and can't provide any evidence against the driver.

All that I know is that it says PCS in the top right corner of my letter and the website is ...parkingcsl....

PCS are debt collectors , they work for parking companies , a parking company has hired them to chase you , the name of the parking Co will be on the letter

did you get a ticket on the car ,

Funny enough, it doesn't say anywhere which company it's from, and no ticket on my window either, would it be okay for me to send you an imgur link as to the picture taken for evidence?

OK , please try again no such company as CUP enforcement , I could guess but might be wrong ang give wrong info (civil enforcement = PCS = doutful)

please give the full name of the parking Co and an address/phone No / website

So, from the letter it only states that the PCS are writing to me on behalf of a creditor, the creditors name is : CUP Enforcement, also no ticket was present on the car
