CUP are BPA members and PCS will be doing the back office work

PCS should have issued a POPLA code with the rejection letter

they have breached the BPA CoP by not doing so, so email the aos at the BPA and complain about the lack of a popla code with the rejection letter, attaching the rejection letter to the email

if you want people here to view anything , use tinypic or photobucket and host the redacted pics on there , with a dead link posted on here (change the link from http to hxxp)

RedX , at this point , and not needing any more teeth pulling , having to ask for the name of the parking co 3 times , does not give me faith in there not being a POPLa code on that letter

Please also scan the PCS letter. Was it for £120? Or less? What gap (exactly, counting every day) between the alleged date of event and the date you RECEIVED the PCS letter (not the date of issue on it, the date it was delivered).

you need to redact that image to blank out the VRM and then repost it, so remove it from tinypic and try again

secondly , we need to see a redacted pic of the rejection letter because up to now you have given us poor information having been asked 3 times for the name of the parking company (PCS is a debt collector , not a parking company)

and do as pappagolf and coupon_mad have advised too

please try harder

and edit post #1 to remove any details of who was driving

ie:- the driver parked blah blah , none of this word I (not me , not myself and not I either )

OK , now get your rejection letter phot/scan it , use something like microsoft paint to rub out your name/address , pcn number and post that
