Loads of private tracks will let you do it properly. Anything else is a waste of time, rubber, and car parts.

The things people do to compensate for having a very small penis.

    I do and I don't :)

Always interested in this. Isn't it over 3 vehicles?
No. It's two or more vehicles, which is what surprised me. Hypothetically, if my wife and I were in separate cars and following one another to a destination, this could constitute a "car cruise".

It's frustrating that even convoys aren't allowed. In the past, I've been to car club meets and shows. We (as in those local to each other) would meet together at a set point and go down. This was before the ubiquitous use of satnavs so it was a great way to not get lost, particularly when going somewhere for the first time.

Does it apply to the police when they park in a car park with 5/6 vehicles planning their next drugs bust or hard vehicle stop?
Hypothetically, it should. In practice, it won't.

I think Drifting has become a bit of a new thing. Anyone over the age of about 45 grew up with light rear ended cars and getting it sideways was almost inevitable at some point during an average driving year when the road / conditions caught you out.

I once recall a friend of mine who has a delightful lotus Cortina getting stopped by the police having just displayed some spirited sideways display on a roundabout. The policemans comment was "Who do you think you are, Jim Clarke !. Behave !

That reminds me of the experience of a friend who had, at one time, an early 1930s Morris Minor. After a series of overtaking and being overtaken by a lorry on the A1 they both stopped at the same filling station. The lorry driver queried:"Going far, Stirling?".

No it wouldn't. Unless you could hypothetically tell us what prohibited activity the police would be engaging in.

What "prohibited activity" are two, three, ten mates partaking in by parking up and talking about their cars?

With excellent Wet / Winter tyres on the front , poor road surface and old budgets on the back I expect so.

Alternatively get a car more suited

I was puzzled by this, as I thought that was too early for a Morris Minor, until I discovered this (the 'modern' version appeared in 1948):
