Urgent advice: My car:Hell with buyer of my car - Please can someone advise me?

Mrbadexample, Marky, and all of you that have tried to help me: I thought that I would update you on what's happening now.

My sister has decided to deal with the 'buyer' and see if she can try to resolve this awful issue. This means a lot to me, as of course I now don't have the stress of dealing with him, and I can now concentrate on improving my health problems.

I can't thank you all enough for trying to help me with this problem, and if and when I hear any further news, I will post a new topic to let you know how the situation is progressing. Thanks again everyone :-) :-) CL

Is there someone that could deal with the case via the small claims court on your behalf?

Yeah I was going to suggest you ask someone in the family closer to him to lean on him. His father perhaps.

His behaviour is really shocking. and you should ask for the extra fines you have paid out. But if you get the 1,599 that would be good news.
