Would going on Holiday for 27 days affect my benefits?

I'm on highest ESA and PIP due to ongoing depression and anxiety issues. I'm perceived Citalopram 20mg and take lisinopril for high blood pressure because I'm quite overweight. I want to go traveling around Italy in July on my own for approximately 27 days if my health allows me. Do I need to inform the DWP of my intent and could it have an affect on my benefits ?

Travelling independently can be pretty stressful from my own limited experience. Might be best to plan for a weekend in Margate.

    its a 'girls' holiday apparently.

the OP is also trying to move her daughter out into a flat ( presumably because child related benefits have stopped?) and after realising that she will have trouble claiming ESA fior the daughter without the daughter being told about it
  • I was under Barnet CMHT until they discharged me back to my GP. I have spent some voluntary time in a psychiatric until and one time under section 136 for 2 days.
  • The girls holiday is in April, the Italy on is July.

who will be looking after your daughter who is so disabled that you need to be her appointee? ( needing an appointee means you are unable to manage your own affairs ... yet you will leave her for 4 weeks?)

So you want to go on 2 holidays and leave your daughter on her own. The one who can't manage her own affairs so you had to be her appointee? Yes these posts are clearly from a troll.
  • The appointeeship is because she has difficulties managing financial affairs, she has capacity and manages well around the other things in her life.

so she can manage her own finances for the 4 weeks you're going to be away?
