Also for what it's worth, here is my latest plan (A la swedish kitchen planner)
    1z5rayc.jpg

    We have:
Washing machine and slimline dishwasher following on to cabinet under sink.
Corner needs to be empty space (for boiler pipe nonsense)
Continues around U shape with shallow depth cabinets
Continue around the oven and hob. Cabinets above this wall with extractor fan built in underneath.
Slim-width fridge freezer on the end.

    Thoughts...?
P.s i need to measure the exact size of doorways and windows etc to ensure it fits!

    Another way might be:
1] Washing machine, by the door
2] Sink, jiggled closer to the door, so drainer is over the washing machine
    3] Dishwasher.
4] A substantial corner storage unit, without any divisions, full depth, which includes the corner with the 'nonsense'. Lots of storage space/fully accessible https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/26/f8/52/26f852f58ddf96f2e8a12149e41f86b0.jpg
5] Cooker in the middle of the end wall.
6] Full sweep of units from there all the way round to where the fridge/freezer is.

This is what i originally had planned, but if we go full depth on the 'U' then the dishwasher won't fit along the sink wall :(
The corner unit looks fab! I wonder if we can do that if it's full of gas pipes though?
