Other makes are available although I cant suggest any specific models.0 -

I have never needed to use Motorola CS but I have to say that if you want truly awful customer service, in my experience Samsung are hard to beat.
With two different family phones (and a few other Samsung devices) we have had such problems with Samsung that we have vowed never again to buy that brand - hence my Moto G.0 -
The P9 lite would be a decent option on PAYG for about £130.
