checking your email....
franticly getting kids to school...
checking email on return and feeling annoyed that the postman is not around yet...
doing another comp.....
running to the window.....
checking your email......
comps and more comps.....
swearing inside at your unreliable postie.....
checking your email.......
a couple more comps....
a quick bite to eat while doing comps....
a few more comps YEY POST ARRIVES....
oh its just bills and junk...(or in my case debt collection letters for someone who lived here before).....
back to email.....maybe a wem?....oh....nope, not a win just a comp invitation.....
better do that one then....
back on here for more comps.....
rush to town to find something for tea....
back and check email....
get kids from school....
home and check email while setting up something for kids to play...
hurry up and make house look half decent for partners return from work ('proper' housework seems to be a distant memory).........
play games with kids.....
check email a 'few times' while cooking tea.....
check email.....
eat tea......
bath kids.....
check email.....
milk then stories for3 kids....
downstairs for quick tidy and then eastenders and more comps (sometimes sky plussing eastenders to watch later....)
check email....
bed....
and the same day....
after day...
until the postman brings a latter, or a prize....or you get a WEM!
YEY......
then day after day....
Okay maybe i'm obsessed, but i LOVE IT!:o


now i need a drink....anyone wanna join me?

So true sassi. Am too addicted to this forum but for a good reason.

Drinks on me today. I won a Rose Petal cottage from a Raising Kids comp posted by ferrarigirlie :T :beer:

This is what my DD wanted for Christmas so she'll be soooo happy and it came with all the accessory sets as well!!!!!!

So champers for anyone who wants it. Cheers:D

I have to admit that this forum does seem to fill my days at the moment, but at least that leaves some of my evenings for sitting with the BF giving him some attention

Just had a great conversation with a woman from Yorkshire water.
18 months ago we had a water meter installed and since then no bills, no statements , we just pay monthly.
This morning I rang and asked for a statement, explaining we had the meter 18 months ago etc.
After a few moments the woman said "ah yes you are due a statement at the end of the year , they do them annually"
" But we have had the meter 18 months and we didn't get a statement last year"
"Yes they do then annually"
" Can I have a statement now please"
" Sorry you have to have your meter a year not just 18 months"
" But there is 12 months in a year and we've had our meter 18"
" Thats why you've not got a statement"
At this point I burst out laughing and she hung up.

:eek: The police came round yesterday morning and all I could think of the reason for them coming was me hassling the postman daily asking him if he has parcels for me:rotfl: it wasnt about that though it was about a car dh sold and somebody had crashed into someone and then threatened them, not mot'd, insured, taxed etc. Good job we had all the documents to say it had been sold and we didnt own it anymore. 3 different parcel vans have gone past very slowly this morning and I kept getting excited. Must get a big Number 1 to put on my front door.:D
