It was '98 & I was involved in a Buffy website, I wanted a nick which was linked to the show but not obvious! I had just seen an episode about a powerful metal glove (Glove of Myneghon) & thought hmm Glove but not metal as people would think I was a bloke! Hmmmm, more pondering & I glanced around the room looking at things & linking them with the word Glove.

Then my eyes rested on the curtains which were blue velvet ones, Hmmmm BlueGlove - nah too !!!!!! sounding; Glove of Velvet - nah too upper class sounding; oh VelvetGlove... oh I like that

And so was born the online persona of VelvetGlove See, I told you it was weird!

:hello: Everyone,

Hope you are all ok I stayed in all morning as I am still not well I managed to get dressed after lunch and just popped into boots to get some cold relief to drink later which have paracetamol in them and it will help me sleep tonight.Also got a magazine and a doughnut as well.

Saw a friend and sat on a bench for a few minutes and chatted to her,then I went home and went to bed and read my magazine,then I slept and slept,I so needed it

tonight I am watching Kylie Minogue as I am a huge fan of hers and she is fantastic so I wont be on here much this evening
