  • Can any1 advise me on a possible comping situation?!

I have entered a competition on a clothes shops website a few weeks ago, then a week later, while shopping they had posters for Xmas staff wanted, I applied & now have a Xmas temp job.

If I won the competition (I'm guessing not open to employees of xxx) Would I forfeit my prize? I followed the rules on the entry day? And am only on a 2months contract

I'm not sure what would happen a little stressed! but I guess it's a case of wait and see, the chances are that you wouldn't win, but if you do then ask and see what they say.

yes,I have the e-mails :) I just cant think of what to do next

    Katie :)
  • Ring them and ask for an E-mail address to forward them to. Stay calm because it might be a computer error, so you want to stay on the good side of them...for now!

Oh Katie, :grouphug: - Do you know if it was the comp that was at bournestunts.com or the one with the Daily Telegraph Online?

If you can give me any info from the email about which comp it may have been then I should be able to give you the name & contact number for the right person to speak to as I have both letters here still.

Chin up hun, there surely must be something that can be done, ok? :)

Hey BenhamsLC, physio was 30 mins of erm discomfort is the best way to term it. I have various passive & active movements I need to do with my arm & have to go back in 2 weeks so he can measure my progress.

He measured how far my arm curled up & straightened out & I've lost 15-20% movement in both of those, but I just need to get the muscles working & loosen them up again. So if I push the pain & fear of pain I should get full movement back again :)

Frozen shoulder sounds painful, I bet it was hard to sleep as well? How did you do that?
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out
