oh VG I am so glad to see you I entered the comp via bournestunts.com but the problem I have is that I cannot get through to the listening company on their free phone number on the e-mail so I am stuck,I have kept the e-mails

I am ok just feeling poorly this evening as I have a virus,got warm slippers on that I got from Faith,got Westlifes new album Back home on at the moment so playing that while on the pc and that is calming me,dont feel as bad as I did this afternoon when I got home I am sure I will sort the dvd out soon

Not sure how I did shoulder (old age, hit the big 50 this year) but know the saying now no pain without gain
Still things can only get better with you lot to cheer us all up

The letter I have from the bournestuntsimulator comp has the following info which you may find useful:

• The letter has a logo on the top right with 'See Films Differently' under it
• The letter was typed for a 'Sally Chapman' to sign
• The signature which has been printed on is really curly - surname is Fletcher & the first name could be Alei(?)
• Sally Chapman's job role (under her name on the letter) is Volkswagon Communications Account Manager
• The phone number on the letter is: 0800 333 666 (Which is the same as the one on my email - so guessing it's the one you have been trying)

Finally, if you have no joy getting through to them on the phone at all, then you could always reply to their email which told you that you had won, (volkswagen.marketing@volkswagen.co.uk) & this way you are copying your winning email back to them (as proof) & you can ask them if your prize has been sent yet as you have still not received it.

Let us know how you get on Katie, they may not be at work tomorrow but I should be online on & off throughout the day if you need anything.

Velvetglove, just wanted to say hope your injury gets better soon. I know how rubbish it is to be off work with something like that (had a car accident a couple of years ago and went through something similar) but thanks for all your help on here
