****UPDATE*****Parking Eye have re-issued claim form after 4 months!

Hi all, i was last on here in August 2016 after going to court and sucessfully getting a ccj removed against me with Parking Eye.
Now i have just recieved a letter this morning from Parking Eye (no other contact since August) with a re-issued claim form attached with the wrong details on it! My name and address is right, but in the particulars of the claim box, the vehicle registration, the date & place of the parking charge, the amount they want and the reference number are all incorrect!
Since i contacted morrisons head office and they said they would get it sorted for me, and i've not heard anything since - i stupidly thought that was it! What the hell do i do now? It says i have 14 days to respond to the claim form to pay £160 (which is also wrong) issue date is 03/11/2014!!!! Advice much apprieciated

is this an LBC from PE themselves ? (it certainly sounds like it) - if so its not a claim form , its an LBCCC

or is it an actual NEW claim form (MCOL) from Northampton ? (Northampton Bulk Centre actually issue claim forms , not PE)

ie:- you have not been specific about what the claim form is or where its come from

plus you need to get on to Morrissons Head Office asap and complain yet again , they employ these p@rasites so give them some stick !!! (my local Morrisons has NO parking restrictions and NO parking company , seems to manage quite well without carmageddon occurring , not even over xmas)

Use an external host like tinypic. Top right of the form is the court name - it's usually Northampton.

Well i've just spoken to a lovely customer service advisor @ morrisons who has confirmed that they did indeed contact parking eye on my behalf last August and so the case should indeed be closed. He said the fact that the details are wrong on the claim form seems like theres been a mix up and that i should get in contact with parkingeye to tell them all of this. Morrisons have reopened my case and given me a reference number but said i dont need to worry? As there is no email address for parkingeye how do you suggest i get in touch and what should i say exactly?

Should be easier enough to defend in court. Do not forget t0 counter claim for unreasonable behaviour and ask for lots of money.

This all looks very dodgy. No court address, no seal, no signature on the claim form, no name on the letter.

Have you contacted the hotel to ask why you are been taken to court by their agent, when you have never visited the place in question?

Have you complained to the SRA that you have received an unsigned claim form?

Have you complained to the BPA and DVLA abut this misuse of your private date and breach of the DPA?

Have you complained to parking eye about this?

I would do all of the above, but first contact Warwick County Court to ask if this is genuine.
