:mad:Someone from Morrisons head office has just been on the phone to tell me that unfortunately Parkingeye are saying that the case has escalated too far for them to be able to get it cancelled for me now!!!!!!!!?? Absolute scumbags cant even get the details of the case right and leave it 4 months to get in contact with me again. Honestly couldnt face going to court again so think i'm going to have to end up paying the 'charge' after all0

There is no stamp or court address on that form, and it's a manual form not an MCOL one.
I would telephone Warwick County Court, quoting that claim number, and ascertain the status (if any) of it.
Looks very dodgy.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

But there is no mention of Morrison's on that form. You should do as advised by bargepole and myself before thinking abut paying this.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

The POC states this is a charge relating to the Copthorne Tara Hotel in Kensington, London which has nothing to do with Morrisons (surely?).
@OP - do you have any connection with this location?
Do not pay this until you receive categoric advice on your way forward from this forum.
One other point - was Warwick County Court the court that dealt with your original case? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just phoned warwick county court and was told that nothing has been issued by them to me at all and that that case number status is: ccj sucessfully set aside back in August. She said that would not issue paperwork out like that and to contact Parkingeye, what are they playing at? Best way to contact them and what to say please?0

As it isn't a claim form, (which you would get direct from a court or MCOL at Northampton), you can ignore it.
Maybe they intend reissuing the claim, (always likely after a set aside), and this is just a scam attempt to get you to pay without them actually going to the cost of reissuing
(Keep it on file to show at any future hearing!)0
