Gone wrong with Claim, Anything I can do?

  • In case it helps someone:
    I had a pricematch phone from e2save that was connected on the 26 may 2007....120 days later was the 23 september so I sent in my September bill dated 4 sept 2007 a couple of days ago.
    I just rang e2save and they said that the september bill is fine (I asked them to add a note to my account saying the september bill was fine).
    IIUC the problem for me would be to send the september bill in after the 2 October when it would be over 28 days old when received and therefore rejected. The trouble with waiting for my October bill is that it won't arrive till the middle of October leaving little time to get the claim off within the timescale allowed.

    Just a followup to say that e2save have confirmed today that a cheque has been printed for this claim and will be posted shortly.
