Private parking ticket UKCPS - HELP!

Thank you for your email below and the previous email (attached)
Firstly, I can confirm that DVLA reinstated access to DVLA data on the 20th December 2016.
Enquiries for alleged offences which took place during the period of suspension from 13 October to 19 December cannot be made. Enquiries for any occurrences prior to the 13th October 2016 can still be made.
Having checked or records, it does not appear that any enquiries have been made for occurrences during the suspension period.
I hope this helps to answer your query.
Kind regards
David Dunford

Thanks pappa golf. Regardless of this, it goes against the stated DVLA Policy from that earlier FOI and to obtain data three months after an event is unreasonably late and means of course, that UKCPS cannot hold the keeper liable.then had the letter on the 29th december,PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hey guys. Iv had a reply off the dvla, and cps..
dvla basically said its against the data protection act to release details. Regulation 27 act and a load of other crap, then gave me information on the ticket which read, date of enquire was the 23/12/16. Enquire reason- breach of terms and conditions on parking on private land, and date of event which was the 25/09/16 then states that the dvla would have released information the
day after the enquiry.
Cps letter came just this morning.
In short said that I was parked on private land with out a permit. They have rejected my appeal I have choices of1. To pay the amount of 100 pound within 14 days. 2.if I want to make an other appeal, to send it to IAS.0 -
clearly they would not tell you about the last option that you have
ie:- you can carry on disputing owing money and IGNORE them for 6 years , unless you get an LBC or an MCOL in the post
so now its either pay up or IGNORE, like the newbies sticky thread explains
if UKCPS obtained your details before the DVLA ban , then you cannot use that ban period to your advantage , unlike those ticketed during the ban0 -
Ok thank you, thanks everyone for all your help and advice. 0

Hello,
Apologies for hijacking the thread but I am in a spookily similar situation. Dates are nearly identical, PPC is the same. I thought joining here would make more sense then opening a new thread.
Got the PCN on the windscreen at work because of parking out of marked bay on the end of Sept (dreadful parking situation, no spaces and no alternatives suggested). Contacted the Estates department asking to rescind the ticket, which they refused because the car was parked outside of marked bays. A colleague who parked in a disabled bay got ticket the same time, which Estates rescinded. I asked my line manager to talk to Estates, then I haven't heard about the case until the 31st of December, when I received the NTK.
Then again contacted various people at work asking to rescind the ticket or get it squashed, no effect. Now the guy at Estates says that the land our car was parked on doesn't belong to my employer, Estates can't do anything, and I should either try the land owner or appeal to UKCPS directly.
I haven't appealed to UKCPCS yet. Am I right that based on original post in this thread sending the IPC template from the Newbie thread would just result in the same response? If I followed a different strategy and tried to attack the NTK on the POFA points? There are several mistakes in the NTK and it was well after 56 days. Could you advise, please.0 -
doesnt matter what you say they will reject it as there is no money in it for them to accept it , this is all about greed , nothing else
yes send the IPC template to UKCPS as keeper before day 21 (or do it anyway if after day 21) , then ignore them after that UNLESS you get an LBC or an MCOL in the next 6 years
this same mantra applies to all the IPC firms , regardless
and yes a landholder cancellation is best , ALWAYS
this is a honeytrap scenario and no easy fix , no magic wand solution0 -
you need to start a new thread , however to clarify
UKCPS were banned from DVLA access on 13/102016 and you state your ticket was "late september"
if it was a ticket on the car they would have had to get your info between "late october and "late november" , and although they were banned DVLA access , they are allowed to ask for the info later.
as they have got your info late , they cannot hold you (the owner ) liable
I would suggest reading up on UKCPS and there sordid dealings , finding the land owner and showing this info to them
whatever appeal you do with UKCPS , it will fail0
