    That's annoying, and ominous.

Have you tried the Facebook thing?

Think I'll have to. If it was only a couple of hundred SB I probably wouldn't bother, but it was 4000!

I've just had a second email refusing to credit me for the Yahoo Fantasy Sports offer  I've given them all the details and sent all the screenshots twice, and I still keep getting the same 'kin automated response

Have you replied to the auto response asking them to actually look at the details you have submitted. I've found that is the only way to get a reply from an actual person these days & others too as it was suggested a couple of days ago on this thread for others who were having similar problems of no reply just auto responses.
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps

So the first response I had to my ticket was an automated request for more information (that I had already given in the original ticket). I responded to this with the requested information, and got the "Without a confirmed completion from the 3rd party, we are unable to continue to fully crediting your account going forward" automated response.

I think someone a few pages back (as well as on Facebook) said SB have said it will credit on the 10th, so I'll wait until then to see if it might magically appear (doubt it). I'll keep at it if it doesn't though.

Ok, yes worth waiting till the 10th but equally I'd personally keep replying to the auto responses if needs be repeating all the information they might get fed up and actually reply. They seem to try and weed out those that need actually looking at by the auto response, if someone can't be bothered to reply they just drop it from the list

That means you are 50 SB over the redemption threshold for the £5 Amazon, Mastercard and M&S giftcards.

There are still 13 SB available from iSpy today and I tend to get a search win at least every other week from them, if you haven't done watch on the toolbar there's about 15 SB there.

(just picked up a 10 sb search win when getting the 5 SB clue answer)
