The To Do List bonuses are 1SB and 1SB today.

Is anyone else having problems with surveys crediting?

I have successfully completed 6 surveys in the last 3 days but none of them credited. I have emailed Swagbucks with the screenshots but I am getting an automatic response.

Hubby and I both ordered 2 £5 Starbucks vouchers each in March, I ordered one on the 20th & one on the 21st March, but when I click the link to view them I get the following message,

    "Page Not Found

We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. Please make sure you have typed the address correctly into your browser."

I have emailed Swagbucks numerous times but again they are only sending automatic responses. Is there anything we can do to get the 4 £5 Starbucks vouchers we are owed? Is there any way we can get them to credit the surveys? We are using our own laptops.

Numerous recent posts about surveys not crediting (particularly, but not limited to, ToLuna ones) sometimes they have credited after a ticket has been raised sometimes not - there is no way to force them to give credit and for a few pence probably not worth the effort anyway.

I wonder if you use Facebook. If so, I'd message Swagbucks on there as this sometimes helps. Also try replying to the automated response as this can, at times, produce results.

I know none of this is any guarantee to help but worth a try. Good luck.

    Jo4.

Facebook them. The £5 Starbucks vouchers haven't worked for months. I messaged Swagbucks on FB and they refunded me. I only order the £10 ones now as they work with no problems.
