Hubby messaged them on Facebook, they responded asking for further information and he responded to them but they didn't respond again.

I have responded to the automated responses but to no avail.

Facebook them. The £5 Starbucks vouchers haven't worked for months. I messaged Swagbucks on FB and they refunded me. I only order the £10 ones now as they work with no problems.

Did anyone do the Simply Cook trial offer for 500 SB when it was showing on the "most popular" tiles on Discover?

I did it and I was never credited with the 500 SB. I've submitted a ticket with screen shots showing my Simply Cook confirmation email and order history and I've been credited with the missing SB today. Worth chasing up if you are waiting for them.

The only thing I've been able to get to credit for Discover for the last few weeks is Offer Toro > Video Lab. Worth trying if you haven't already.
