I think they are really bad at replying to emails at the moment. I put a ticket in for my missing Amazon voucher emails and have replied to the auto response twice but still nothing. I claimed a £10 Paypal yesterday and have just had this come through fine. Guess I've lost the £10 Amazon one as no way to access the code :(

It is worth replying to the auto response as I was told to do this when I posted on Facebook about not getting credit. Once I wait a day or so after the original ticket has been put in, I reply to the auto response asking if I will be credited for the completed survey and have received my points very quickly after that.
Thanks for this, I was waiting the specified 5 working days before chasing the ticket but on your advice replied, and 61 minutes later I have my SB's

To Do/Task list isn't cumulative and doesn't count towards the daily goal so getting it or not on a particular day is no biggie unlike achieving the daily goal everyday.

    Hi guys,

In recent years we've featured multiple offers for new users who sign up to Swagbucks via MSE: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/swagbucks

We're exploring the possibility of setting up an offer that's open to existing users as well as new ones and were looking for some feedback. If possible, would you prefer an offer where:

A: You get double SB for all SB earned during a promotional period

B: You get a bonus for spending a set amount at one of the merchants in its cashback shop, something like this offer we ran previously: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/swagbucks#swagbucks12

    C: Any other suggestions welcome

    Thanks

Option A sounds good to me!

Option A for me, would certainly be the more rewarding option.
