Really tired this morning, my sleeping pattern is getting worse , I am awake for hours at night. I have escaped menopause symptoms apart from this insomnia . Any tips anyone ?
Yesterday evening was a catch up with a friend and dinner in a local pub , with a drink £10.04 . Lime and soda cheap and cheerful.
Early night for me I think. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
