Fabulous day to be outside yesterday , friends took me to an NT place , we were there around 5 hours. Today we are going to an English heritage place. I got a little dehydrated yesterday and ended up in bed at 7pm with a terrible headache. Seem ok this morning , taking plenty of water today.

Spends going ok at the minute.

    Have a great day everyone.
