Did you have a detailed quote at the start? My dentist always gives a long print out of every cost, I try to ignore it but at least I know the possible costs.
If you have a quote you should tell the dentist it's above what you have expected and you need to pay in instalments.
Definitely. I would absolutely query it, if you got a quote £900, for the final bill to be almost double that is outrageous. We're not talking peanuts here, this a lot of money to add on to a bill without prior and express consent! :eek:0 -
Also, I meant to say you should ask over on the Health board, there are a few dentists who regularly post, and they might be able to answer your questions about this.0

Tomorrow is my daughter's wedding. Tonight I was sewing DGDs Mum's dress. I am just dying my hair now!
