Mine too, I also got the message you mentioned in post 9, but decided to ignore it and after2 days my cumulative total retuned.
Not sure that I have much faith in their system, but still nothing to lose and it is a bit of fun.0 -

Hello all and sorry about the confusion and difficulties with this game over the last couple of days. To be honest, not sure what happened the other day with entries into the £1500 prize draw disappearing and then reappearing. All seems to be back to normal now so good luck with future spins and the final draw to win £1500.
The competition closes on 8 January 17 and we'll draw the 10 winners of £1500 about 20 working days after this. Winners will be contacted within 5 working days and will have 15 working days to reply and claim their prize.
Sorry again for the disappearing act with the entries the other day.

Hello again all. I've been doing some digging and found out the problems experienced recently when spinning the wheel have been resolved and no entries have been lost.
There was a delay updating certain customer profiles with the number of entries into the final draw. This has been put right and a quick refresh of the browser usually lets customers see all their entries. Behind the scenes, though, all entries are in place.
Where customers are asked to re-register, this is due to browsers being inactive for a period. Provided the same email address originally used is entered, this will be recognised and the information will repopulate.

I have been"spinning the wheel and have always ended up winning additional entries to the £1500 prize draw.
However today I have received an e-mail supposedly from E-On telling me I have won theSky Q and Sky Cinema prize although this has never shown when I spun the wheel.
I wonder whether the message was sent in error or if the site has been hacked and the e-mail is a scam.
I will just have to see if I get any further contact.

Just an update, I sent an e-mail toE-On asking for clarification, no reply yet.
But interesting all my cumulative "wins" have now disappeared. I am beginning to think I will never see the Sky prize.0 -
That's a bit strange FOREVER21. Winners are usually first told they've won through a pop up message that appears instantly. This is followed by an email to the address we hold asking the winner to reply within 15 working days to claim their prize. Does the email you've received mention any of this?
It's also odd that your cumulative entries in to the £1500 draw have disappeared. We did have an issue with disappearing entries earlier this week but this has been fixed.
Have you emailed us directly? If you have, this will be dealt with as a normal query. There is, though, an email route through the game itself. This goes directly to the third party running the competition on our behalf.
To use this, please go to the three black lines in the top right hand corner of the game panel where you spin the wheel. Just above where the cumulative entries should be. This opens another screen. Choose ? Game Help. If you send the details through this route, they'll go straight to the game developers. They'll investigate and reply directly to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Hopefully, all's good and you've won the Sky Q package.
