EON "game" playing up again

Even tho' I was logged into my account this a.m I couldn't play the "spin to win" game just now without reregistering -won another free entry which should have taken me to ~ 50 -but the other 49 entries already "won"appear to have gone:eek:

I've just "won" three more entries -bringing me up to a grand total of.......zero!!:rotfl:

I followed the instructions and my previously won entries haven't become visible again.



Interestingly, if you look at the prize schedule, it would indicate 169 major prizes (i.e. prizes other than additional prize draw entries,) have been won since the Wheel of Extra commenced on 17th November 2016. 100 of those prizes were £10 Love to Shop Vouchers.

Rather strangely, the figures indicate almost exactly 50,000 people are playing each week, (almost exactly the same amount of 1 and 3 additional prize draw entries have been won each week.)

Same here, so after my 40+ entries on 31st to 0 on 1st and again on 2nd.

Its completely screwed - I followed the advice above and it allowed me to "spin to win" without re-registering -won an extra entry - but nothing showing up still!!
