    I just discovered mud on the inside of 2 windows in the back bedroom - the boys sussed out they can get in/out that way too.... just brilliant
    Keep windows shut, or put child locks on them so they cannot be forced open enough?

    Nah.. just laughing as was calling them in and they were coming in via kitchen door and promptly going out through the back bedroom window so got a bit confused at some point as counted 8 cats instead of 4 :rotfl:

    Did not install the cat flap yet and the whole flat needs some major work (at some point, playing the lottery - hoping to have cash for it), it is ground floor, low windows so I let them enjoy the freedom of coming in and going out as they want day time.

    Have second thoughts about installing the cat flap actually. If they get used to using cat flap and I lock it at night - knowing my boys they will simply demolish it. It is easier with doors windows as they can see open/closed and with cat flap open/locked this will only confuse them. May give it a miss... perhaps

    Ah, found it now

    We grade these dirt trapper mats into 3 different categories;
    Pearl Grade Mats- are as new with no visible marks on the carpet pile and maybe a very small nic out of the rubber border.
    A-Grade Mats -A-Grade mats are our most popular range of dirt trappers, these will have a small visible mark on the carpet pile and or cuts or cut outs of the rubber border, overall we would say these mats are 85% perfect.
    Kennel Grade Mats - Our Kennel grade is as it sounds, light to heavy soiling on the carpet pile and or cuts in the rubber border and possibly into the carpet.

    I bought two grade A, there was literally one black mark about the size of a 5p on one (not noticable either as I went for dark grey) and the other had two snips across the rubber border - not a hole, just literally two cuts with a knife/scissor. I trimmed that mat down to fit the space I wanted it for anyway so I just cut that end off.
