2 yesterday from work and 3 more today (one swapped with my other half and two from separate shops while out buying his birthday present). Brings my total to £116, Happy days :)

Edit: And another one from the pub (a sneaky half pint as a reward for going out for a run!).

Which supermarket self service tills are best for giving out £2 coins. Went to Tesco and Morrison and they both spat out £1 coins.

I used to get loads from the Morrison's ones but not had any for ages now :(

Hi all, had a very good week so far with 5 little gold beauties stashed away safely into my savings pot. All bar one from Mr T, the 5th from the corner shop when buying milk.

I have stopped using the self service machines at Mr T as have also found them to be void of £2 coins - the lovely assistants on the checkouts usually have a good stash lately so have been going there and they are getting to know that I save them.

So happy to report that #28 is now up to an amazing £124 - happy, happy, happy :T

How lovely to have the assistants know that you collect the little gold beauties. I have to ask them for them. (But my hubby won't- grrr!)
