Thank you SH and Janb5,
Been reading and trying to catch up on diaries but still not quite caught up!May has been very busy juggling jobs and getting g ready for the wedding. We had a wonderful day - it was just fabulous from beginning to end. I had a couple of guests day to me that they had never seen me so radiantly happy 😊.
I tried to be as frugal as possible…I found a dress online which I agonised about for ages. I found a 10% discount code for new customers which reduced the cost a little and claimed back some money from the electricity people to help pay for that. My DD1 kindly sorted out the invitations as a gift and has generally helped me with some of the organisation. I made the cake and then used a cake decorator that DD1 knew, to decorate the cake. I didn’t get enough flowers grown unfortunately so had to use some bought flowers, but all was fabulous on the day!paydbx2025 #26 £890/£5000 . Mortgage start £148k June 23 - now £138k.
