Afternoon all
Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Haylaluru for SOTW. :T
Been shopping this morning and have meals planned for the week, now all I have to do is make it till Friday without a drink. Quiz again tonight and I'm determined there won't be any celebrating even if we win everything (there are raffle prizes of alcohol, cash prizes for winners and a €10 snowball prize).
Maman - I'm quite surprised at the veg shortages, we did have torrential rain for 48 hours a month ago and it caused quite a lot of damage locally, but harvesting continues, apparently as usual and there's no shortage in the supermarkets here. The U.K. shortages might get worse soon as we have cold conditions forecast for the next few days, including snow in coastal areas!
Have a good day everyone.

Definitely add the sw chips. They make it feel more like a normal meal. Sweet potato makes nice sw chips too, and tastier too so I want less ketchup.
Cheese is a lot of syns. Would you be better using your Healthy A on cheese rather than milk? It doesn't allow you much, but with a strong tasting cheese I find you can get away with having less.Zebras rock0 -
thanks Kathrynha - will maybe give no milk in tea/coffee a go tomorrow and use HEA for cheese and see how I get on. guess I just need to find what small way satisfies my cravings - I am a bit of a cheese monster!walk 2018 miles in 2018 - 781 of 2018

Sorry I've been AWOL recently, when I'm struggling I don't feel very positive and with all the enthusiasm on this thread it would be a shame to be the miserable one in the corner. I have been reading tho, so thanks to everyone, you've been helping without knowing it. :T
LLI'm in the same boat with losing and gaining the same five pounds and still having 2.5 stone to go Lois so I feel your pain! I am massively struggling at the moment, good to see you are turning it around. Like you I know what I need to do, just can't seem to make myself do it!
Again...seems to be me. and even when I am 1005 on it I don't see anything for it which is hard work!chart time
this week I am taking a different approach. I have booked two weeks 'holiday' from group to see how I get on going it alone. I have nabbed myself hubs old fitbit since he bought himself a replacement and I'm using that to track everything. I am tracking my food on it which measures calories - interestingly it makes me think more before I eat which can only be a good thing and I feel more accountable. still eating the SW way but good to see how my choices compare************************************

You don't seem to be having much luck with the SW ready meals Beaniedid you manage to give them a call and get your money back?
Someone posted about some Choc Digestive thins and Oreo thins on the two chubby cubs facebook page, has anyone seen them? The post says they are 1.5 syns per biscuit and they come in packs of 2, so they're ideal if you're an "open the packet and eat the whole lot" typeI've looked online and can't find them in any of our local shops...
I imagine they're not cheap.
Anyway meal plan today
B - apple, yogurt, oats (3)
L - corn thins (heb) cheese triangles (hea) beetroot
T - pork roast, carrots, broccoli, gravy (1), Yorkshire pudding (1.5) potatoes
S - crisps (3.5) carrot sticks, piece of bread (3)

Did my £ earlier and with my mot etc looming the rest of this month and next will be out of the freezer and cupboards . But then that's what it's there for and needs using up so will do me no harm at all.0
