To day I r eceived from glad stones a witness statement , first. Page says 'please find enclosed by way of service upon our clients witness statement..'so do. I send gladstones a witness statement although I've sent it to Northampton? Thanx

1. Someone has read your defence then, so this is not normal Gladstones procedure.
2. It won't be MB that has written it but MB are in the frame if "frustration" does apply
3. They would say that wouldn't they as if their signs/equipment are not suitable for general purpose then they have failed in their duty under the Equality Act.

See if there are support groups in your area that might want to have an input into this. Gladstones should have had the sense to drop this, but if they want to play then see if you can add indirect discrimination as a line of argument alongside "frustration".
