if this is the defence , the pics and witness statements (like yours) and other evidence are sent to your local court later after its allocated in the DQ part, please read the BARGEPOLE thread on what goes in , and when , to who

if you really need to add pics, add them and publish as a pdf and not as a word doc (use save as)

you can submit the defence ONLINE by uploading it I believe

they do have an email but its normally used for other purposes , but again BARGEPOLE does telll people how to do this and why , which font to use, all sorts of details that aid the consumer

defence posted, after reading more threads ive just realised my original letter was a double-dip!

OK so when you get your Directions Questionnaire from the court (not the one Gladstones send with a letter suggesting the case is heard on the papers) make sure you mark on it that you are not available to attend court from xx/xx/17 until xx/xx/17 due to your long operation recovery time.
