i now have a witness who observed what happened. so, i send the DQ back to northampton court, do i have to fill in the Gladstones one now and send it back to gladstones as well? gonna post them today, im going into hospital monday!

You do not touch the one sent by Gladstones. You use the court one and send a copy of it to G's. How to fill in all the boxes is explained by bargepole and his post already says copies from now on, must always also go to the claimant's solicitors.

Just a thought, it might be worth contacting the local and national press about this. You never know, they might be interested in a disabled wheelchair user being taken to court because they couldn't reach the keypad.
