ok, ill print them all.0

so, no other emails. in a local court today a minster baywatch case was thrown out of court due to a technicality when her solicitor stated that they were late petitioning a 'bundle ' to the court! I dont know what this is and dont know how to check if it's a fact in my case too! anyway, good news for the defendant who also had an empathetic judge by the sound of it. he told he claimant that he didnt want to see them again! im hoping it will happen to me!0
-
The claimant needs to file their court bundle (evidence) by a certain date, the same as you do. PPC solicitors are often late in filing. If they haven't filed by the stated date then you could use the same argument (at the hearing / in your skeleton argument that you can create and file 3-4 days before the hearing).0

ok, not sure how i could check the date they filed though? im assuming the witness statement is part of the bundle? thanks0

just researched the legal height requirement for registration machines is 1200cms, this machine is higher than that and therefore not acceptable for wheelchair users, this strengthens my deference i guess.0

well, are you sitting down?............i have just received a Notice of Discontinuance from Gladstones, theyve dropped the case!0

Yay! Another fantastic result!
Another poster has just posted that she won in court today, and now you have *won* too!
If you are out of pocket by any money, you could try an immediate letter to the Judge asking for your costs (there's a version written by LoadsofChildren123 that deals with how to word it).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

really glad to hear it
just shows you that fronting it out and not falling into their intimidation traps paid off
definitely try and claim any costs involved as CM says , these people have made life hell for you and your "witness" for some time now0 -
thanks guys, didnt really incur any costs but strangely enjoyed the experience despite the attempted intimidation and bullying tactics. i couldnt have done it without you, how can i begin to gain the knowledge you have? got a taste for it, thank you0
