further to yesterdays emaiis and my reply to minster baywatch, l i have just received this..............'Good Morning, 'That was exactly what I was hoping to discuss with you.'......it would be interesting to know what they got to say? is it worth while opening up dialogue do u think? thanks

This is sounding more like a Nigerian scam where they attempt to trap you ?

Maybe email back referring again to the fact that this is now in the hands of their solicitor.

"Can you then confirm by email that your are withdrawing your claim"

No personal contact by you except by email

Ask them to email over their Notice of Discontinuance by the end of today as tomorrow you will be sending over your schedule of costs.

I am hesitant to open up dialogue as this is now in the hands of your solicitors. If, however you are cancelling the charges and court appearance could you email me a Notice of Discontinuance by the end of today or will be issuing a schedule of costs.

Nondescript and evasive emails can only mean that you reserve
the right to show the court this correspondence
