Haha... sorry, that wasn't meant to be so large lol...
That's okay! :rotfl::rotfl:SkintTeacher wrote: »What a lovely lot you are. I spend Mon-Fri basically travelling the 1/2 mile to work (mainly on foot - sometimes not!) and back so very little opportunity to spend... unless the internet exists. Which it does.
I am really trying to get myself in a position where I don't have any cc debt (£300 left to go on that) and where I have a savings fund for emergencies, a pot of money for the car and house, savings for holidays etc. and some savings for my son. So far so good and I am thinking about every penny I spend. I have never even noticed how much stuff my little one asks for until I was trying to save. I normally just buy it without thinking but luckily he is really good when I say 'no' - especially as he is only 4!
This thread is really helping, I have to say. Today I spent £1 on some apple juice (partner bought a NutriBullet) and 8p on some mint. I also had the pleasure of spending the school's money on food for an Ancient Greek food tasting challenge tomorrow

For those of you working the weekend, Igor has made a batch of his excellent mincemeat pies.Be warned though, they actually contain minced meat, so maybe best avoided.Don't tell him I said that though.Please.0 -
Yesterday was spendy. Can I make it through the day without disturbing those little moths in the making?
I don't actually NEED anything,so as long as I keep my head, I should manage to get my 4th nsd.
No Hubert, I'm not going to buy you a candyfloss chocolate cheesecake mini quiche...0 -
Another nsd takes me to 4/15
Tomorrow will be a spendy day as taking the grandchildren to the panto, tickets purchased in June but will probably buy a programme and ice creams in the interval. They're worth it though and I love to treat them occasionally
Will get any shopping i need for the week tomorrow, so hopefully Sunday onwards should be nsd's. Aiming for 4 in a row next week:eek:0 -
