Not until the house is completed Beanie in case the mortgage company do any more checks before completion.
So, further update ... yesterday I had the meeting with school and they have chosen to put lots in place to support ds, with the proviso that if things don't go well I can still remove him before we hit the permanent exclusion point. I am going to give this a go, it is preferable than a new school for him. He will return on a reduced timetable to begin with, which will be fine while I'm signed off. I need to decide what to do about the new job now, although the house is a bigger thing to keep me occupied right now - we were told we would exchange yesterday, it didn't happen so today I am sat around waiting for a call. The solicitor rang earlier to say the buyers solicitor had another question and wanted the service charges sent across. I pointed out we had already answered the question previously and have emailed the service charges twice ... am now waiting to hear if/when we exchange. Everyone is still on for completing this friday :eek: I am so excited / scared / stressed all rolled into one, this isn't doing my "signed off to destress" time any good at allMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

The school plan sounds quite positive which is good - it's worth a try. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that your house sale goes through this week. I exchanged last Friday and complete this Friday and it feels like a weight is gradually lifting, notwithstanding final packing, cleaning etc. I hope the time away from work is helping too.0
