Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi Bob,

It is a different way to pay when you shop in store. You store your debit and Clubcard cards with PayQwiq and then you use PayQwiq to pay for your purchases. The 1st 10 times you shop in a Tesco store and use PayQwiq you will receive 50 Clubcard points, so the maximum extra points you will get is 500 Clubcard points.

Thanks Sugarbaby for that very useful explanation. :T
Blimey over £3 voucher on an Asda recipt! (Lot of meat - so where's cheaper that they accept, I wonder?!)
Also 10pence reverbed from carpark, alas converted into bags for life as all mine were at home (argh)

    Excellent:T
bob just checked out the payqwiq thing and you pay in store by scanning the bar code on the app. locked and loaded and really to go with my next ys haul :rotfl:

Glad to help, even if I was basically telling everyone about Martin's news :rotfl:

  • Hi all

well done on all those bargins. Not so many bargins this week for me, mainly because the freezer is full and I don't have room for a second freezer or else I probably would have sourced one by now. so for now we will be eating out of the freezer for a couple of weeks until I have room again.

up to £122.97 saved so far this year and thanks to being around £50 under budget for food this month we are having a celebratory takeaway which is also the first of the year. unfortunately I suspect Chinese will be not possible due to Chinese New year so I may have to resort to Fish & Chips.

  • Hi guys just reporting wombles for the day :-)

went and signed up as a member at the swimming pool & Sauna. Twisted oh's arm and he joined too meaning we only had to pay 1 joining fee (doesn't make sense but who's gonna argue??!) so saved £25 and then she made a mistake and charged us 1/2 of a year fee instead of a 6 months one so that was an extra £10 saving :)

just hit the SMs for ys' but it was a bit disappointing. However made savings of £10.66

used 3x persil tabs for washing 33p (box given to me by my dd as she was allergic)

total for the weekend £45.99 :money:

Gonna wait until the end of the month to declare mine bob
