Two apples and a kiwi from Reception €0,60.
I didn't bring lunch, as dh had had bread for breakfast, and the dds had toast for breakfast (both events completely not normal), so there were only 4 slices left and those were put in dds' lunchboxes. Thank goodness for the emergency cuppasoup I have in my desk drawer, and I still had a small piece of cheddar in the work fridge (I have my own plastic container there - courtesy of work). Reception just called that there are left-overs from a business lunch, and I wombled a veggie French roll and a caramel brownie€1.

what's the thinking of including my tax rebate in my total? I feel split about it...
bought some new running trainers today as mine are very old and I've been getting runners knees since I started again a few weeks ago. Used oh's discount card and got £3 off (meaning they were *only* - saying this as while £27 for a pair of trainers is incredibly cheap it's still a lot of money to me! - most amazing thing though is they are orange and I kinda have a thing about orange trainers)
went to get my hair cut as have decided I want it all chopped off and my hairdresser didn't cut it as he says it needs to grow for me to have that style. So I got him to cut the fringe in from the style I want and he didn't charge me!conservatively claiming £5 as I think that's what it would cost me in a cheaper place.
The way I feel after being with my hairdresser for 20 mins is priceless though! Always so complimentary and ego boosting! I always come out of there looking at myself with new eyesDF as at 30/12/16

Wombled a 17 point Mr T receipt and did my usual bread and fruit pie raid in Mr M's and Mr C-P.
Got sent an email from Sir Costalot - we noticed you were less than 50 points away from a free coffee, so we have added them to your card so you can enjoy a free drink. Yay! One small drink on the cards.

Also found a couple more receipts with points so will have them added. Although at the moment due to the weather they are quite weather beaten so feel like I'm going to be called out. so far no problems though
So long as they aren't soaking wet you'll be fine :rotfl:One very nice Department Holiday dinner (we had to cancel the one that was planned before Christmas) €25.
How lovely. Was it a proper Turkey dinner still?sugarbaby125 wrote: »I bought myself a New Biba Velvet Evening Jacket for £24.99 on eBay saving myself £120 on the current retail price :T

The tax rebate is amazing Determined so pleased for you. Personally I wouldn't count it as a womble, despite the fact it is totally unexpected. It always belonged to you technically, you just didn't know it. But again it's your decision so if it feels like a womble go for it! I always feel like Frank Skinner on Room 101 having to decide which of people's hated items to banish when I'm asked these questions :rotfl:" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

forgot I was given 500grms of chorizo by my cm on Monday. Just looked it up and it's £5!
I've added a new line to my sig to record the amount of money we save by me only working p/t. Really for my own interest as I want to know in monetary terms what all my frugalling effects contribute to the household - makes me feel less guilty for oh who works so much! - so far this month we're talking about an extra £350 to the pot (that and my wombling total) Be good to tell him at the end of the year :money:DF as at 30/12/16
