There's a cracking deal at the c0 0p, admittedly it is all junk food, but it is Friday and Pay Day...

There's an offer where you can buy a frozen goodfellas pizza, frozen onion rings, frozen mccains wedges, frozen two pack of garlic bread and cadburys jelly bean ice cream for £5.

    Saving is £6.78

Needless to say I indulged, but will share it out with my family.

Yesterday was a good wombling day for me. Wombled £18.76 in 1/3 of takeaway pizza costs, two drinks and my friend giving me a train ticket she didn't use. Also wombled about £5 for a lovely mug as a gift from my step mum.

Wombled £4 today on a figurine from my step mum. I really need to treat her back!

Aah ha makes sense sugarbabe. Cashed out £1.35 from topcashback. Is this a womble? - I've just made a huge purchase on a new car, our old one was 13 years old, so we traded it in as part of diesel scrappage, we got £3,500 rather than £150!! Yes it is on its last legs. Also, I got the salesman to throw in a large mat for the boot and roof racks. He also offered me 50% off a cycling shirt (which I didn't take in the end). Do I add the £3,500, the mat and racks as a womble? Bob, what do you think?

Hi LP, Bob stopped running this thread a few months ago.

I would count your cashback, I do mine from Quidco. I would also count the £3,500 you got from scrapping your old car, the mat and the roof racks. What great wombles!

This weekend we were at my parents' to drop dds off for half term. My Dad went grocery shopping with me and gave me his loyalty points towards my shopping: €24!
Everything is sooo much cheaper in NL than in B, for instance juice boxes on sale are only a third of the price, so I stack up and buy enough to last this school year.

My parents also bought a box to put away garden furniture cushions, wrapped it in Saint Nicolas paper, and told dh that it is for dds, so can we pop it in the car and hide it until 5 December. It's for him :D The original price was €90, they bought it at end-of-season discount for €35, and don't want me to pay them back.

Also, from my Aunt and Uncle's house, that they are clearing to move to an apartment: one leather swivel chair that also has a relax setting (the back pushes down a bit), and 6 very good quality dining room chairs. I'd say €100.
