Have changed the link above to correct content. It needs making larger as all the pages on one link. To me it looks suspect. I may be wrong. I am wanting to say I am defending the case but want to put the right things. I wasn't parked, I was in the car because I couldn't walk as in severe pain. A friend of mine was told once park in residents bay with disabled badge but that would have been wrong if the resident had turned up. I have photos taken just after end of school with cars with and without badges parked all over the place. Once there were actual police officers outside school moving people without disabled badges on but not those with. The school has nowhere to put disabled spaces so can't see how it their fault. The disabled kids at the school sometimes turn up in mini bus and park on yellow lines. As indeed does the school coach for school trips.

Sorry to be a pain I only had 14 days to reply to he court letter and don't know what to do. The time is up very soon as had trouble posting it online and pc problems . Could someone have a look please and tell me if legitimate letter and how to respond . Thanks

Hi Umkomaas, coupon-mad, Redx, doaM ,The Deep and martinsurrey. I have sent back the acknowledgment of service page saying I am defending the case. I know urgently need to fill in my defence before expiry time. I don't want to put the wrong thing. I obviously want to state I was in the vehicle all the time and why couldn't I have been moved on if they didn't like me there? . I was not in a residents bay, nor double yellow lines. Should I mention the police officers that were moving on people from double yellow lines but Not blue badge holders on another date. I have a recent photo of disabled people and others parked in front of school in many places, thus confirming other people have the need of parking. They were not ticketed. Also the parking (warden ) woman who told my friend she could park in residents bay with a blue badge. Thank you for your help so far but now worried as have to have these forms back asap .
