Small Planet Airlines - Compensation Offered

Well I have been corresponding with small planet about a 6 hour delay for 3 passengers in 2014 .
They did put all sorts of obstacles in the way, eg wanting copies of boarding passes, tickets etc. Anyhow after many emails they agreed and offered 200 euros per person total 600 euros, I politely declined this and sent them copies of compensation tables, within a short time I received another email offering me the full 1200 Euros.....I signed their acceptance letter along with the other 2 passengers, emailed a copy as requested, that was 4 weeks ago. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times since requesting a payment date but as yet no response. Not having read this forum I think next step is their Facebook page.
I think you really have to persevere with this company, I am certainly not giving up anytime soon!!!:exclamati:exclamati:exclamati

You have to persevere with every airline unfortunately.
They are shockingly bad at abiding with the law of the land.
Try Facebook give them a week other wise you will need to take legal action. They have no defence if they have agreed to payment.
