Still don't see the relevance?
OP is very unlucky to have so many deliveries go missing from different couriers who all have proof of delivery...0 -

I did suspect as much, as I said earlier;Moneyineptitude wrote: »I wonder why Amazon are so adamant that it has been successfully delivered? Could it be that the OP's account has a history of failed deliveries?0 -
I've always found Amazon customer service to be very helpful, but then I don't make a habit of things going missing. In all my many deliveries I've had one that didn't arrive and they sent the wrong dvd on another occasion. Amazon sorted it without a quibble.
My daughter recently had a large parcel with a fair few items in it go missing and Amazon were happy to resend that too, but that's the first and only time she has had a problem with missing parcels.0 -
I've had a few parcels not delivered by Amazon over the years and they have always replaced without question. I'm guessing the OP has a history of "non delivery" and Amazon are now standing their ground.

Good.
A few years back now but my mother had issues with a couple of Amazon items going astray after apparently being delivered , we didn't have a single issue with Amazon apologising that the service may have let us down- and sending replacements. The straight refusal to deal with OP rather suggests there is more to this than meets the eye, especially in light of the other posts.
Amazon along with some other online retailers are becoming quite firm with regard to people they consider a risk for one reason or another, and there has been suggestions on here before that companies perhaps share information in some way about serial claimers.
Obviously if OP has regular issues with their post then a report to the police might well be in order especially if different couriers have been involved.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
